The brief
Meridian rises from a tight marina plot as one continuous shaft, its façade sheared along a diagonal that tracks the afternoon sun. The setbacks are not decorative — each is a shaded sky-garden carved from the mass, trading a few sellable metres for a tower that residents can actually inhabit outdoors in a Gulf summer.
